Hamptons Doc Fest launched its 3-day documentary film+ program at the start of Earth Day week in April, when we dug into the East End's soils created eons ago by the ancient glaciers and considered some of the most productive in the country. This year Doc Equinox explored sustainable farming, and the soils that make it possible.
